Great location with spacious suites

I had a fantastic time staying here, especially enjoying the spacious room with a full kitchen and comfortable living area. The breakfast was beyond what I expected with plenty of variety, including crispy bacon and fresh fruit. However, the service during check-in could use some improvement, as we had to wait longer than anticipated for our room to be ready.

However, I had a little issue with housekeeping. they didn’t check the garbage during my stay. That was a bit disappointing. Also, the parking situation can be tricky during events, so valet parking might be the way to go. Overall, the location was great, right near a lot of local attractions. I’d recommend considering this place for a comfortable stay, but just keep an eye on the cleaning services.

perfect for city strolls and park visits

Staying here was amazing due to its proximity to both Promenade Park, which is just a short walk away for relaxing views, and the Toledo Museum of Art, where I enjoyed an afternoon of culture and beauty. this is a great place for weekend explorers looking to soak in the city.

The staff was super helpful, but parking was a bit of a mess. Valet was supposedly full, and I was told to self park, which was time-consuming. Finally got it sorted out and the room was comfy. Loved that breakfast had a good variety, like oatmeal and bagels. A little more friendly service would’ve helped!

The only downside was the noise from the street was noticeable at times, although it didn't disrupt our experience.

The staff was supportive and helpful, and they granted us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was just fine with oatmeal, waffles, and more—enough to keep the kids happy.
